Hello

I am fairly new to energy modeling / Trace 700 software. My first project is to model a transit center split into two bays under a huge shading structure on the top and few rooms like restrooms under it. Should I consider these two bays as separate buildings when I am modeling, and is there a way to model the shade structure over offices and restrooms. 

I thought of treating the entire bay as one unconditioned room with openings on all sides. Is this a right approach? 

How do I model multiple buildings in under one simulation?
