Hello,
I'm using custom window/door placement to manually input the location and
size of the windows but when I look at the 3-D model I can't see the
windows. Does that mean the windows aren't there? I also get this error:
ERROR: Value being checked = 0.5. Percent Glass value exceeds maximum
(based on the window height and the sizes & positions of other windows).
How can i fix these problems?

If you are customizing the windows in the wizard, then you need to zero out
the % window ratio for each face of the building in the wizard as well.
Without looking at the model, i got a feeling that it is trying to put
more windows on than you are intending.
