You can create a chilled water loop and instead of using a chiller to cool
the water, use a chilled water meter. Right click on your project when in
the hydronics tab and find it there.
Does the Mall have Heat Exchanger Room(s)? If it is metered the landlord
would typically have the heat exchanger, distribution and other indirect
energy impacts of the space calculated in the rate they bill for chilled
water. Is it a new restaurant in an existing mall?
