This is a new one for me. In wizard mode no matter what I do to change the
floor area in the model (alter # floors, X and Y lengths, etc.), the LS-C
report is stuck on 120,000 sf.
The model was able to re-simulate successfully after the changes? Otherwise did you have the *.sim file open in another editor so that it didn't update after the simulation? Maybe close everything, re-open the file with changes and simulate again.

The area entered in the wizard is used to calculate dimensions of the pre-defined shapes. If you changed any of those dimensions (X and Y lengths) or traced a custom outline in Screen 2, then that overrides the overall area entered on Screen 1.
