ERM Korea is looking for Energy Specialist - eQuest modeling capability or similar. Fluent in Korean and English is required.
Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for projects in facility mechanical and lighting system evaluations, sustainability audits to identify energy conservation measures, and feasibility studies
* Determining operational and maintenance savings as well as cost estimation to implement energy conservation measures.
* In charge of energy conservation projects in buildings from schematic design to implementation.
* Managing the budget and monitoring facility managers during implementation.
* Work closely with sub-consultants on design activities.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior roles.
