Equest Shellwiz Errors

I have been trouble-shooting Equest errors for the past day, and have scoured forums looking for assistance. I have been unsuccessful and am in need of assistance!

My building contains (2) stories. The second floor is a data center, the first floor is divided among office, mechanical / electrical rooms, and support areas. I only used one shell because the first floor and second floor have identical floor plates.

When I click Finish on the DD wizard, there are three errors that pop-up. The errors are:

1. Error retrieving shellwiz properties

2. Error: No ShellWiz components exist

3.Error creating BDL input file from wizard inputs!

The BDL file contains the following:

Line     2:  Diagnostic

Line     4:  Title

Line     8:  Run Period:  Entire Year

Line    17:  Holidays:  Standard US Holidays

Line    21:  Compliance Data:  Compliance Data

Line    31:  Site Parameters:  Site Data

Line    36:  Building Parameters:  Building Data

Line    40:  Baseline:  Baseline Data

Line    42:  End

Line    42:  Error Encountered:

INPUT DATA MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE SPACE COMMAND (lLineNum = 1000000)

Line    42:  Error Encountered:

INPUT DATA MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE SYSTEM COMMAND (lLineNum = 1000000)

Line    42:  Error Encountered:

INPUT DATA MUST INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE ZONE COMMAND (lLineNum = 1000000)

Counts of BDL Components:

-------------------------

      1 - Site Parameters

    231 - Set Default

      1 - Loads Report

      1 - Title

      1 - Run Period

      2 - Diagnostic

      3 - End

      1 - Project Data

      1 - BDL Tables

      1 - Holidays

      1 - Building Parameters

      1 - Systems Report

      1 - Plant Report

      1 - Baseline

      1 - Compliance Data

I have tried the following based on previous forum posts:
1. Made sure each zone group had an assigned system.
2. Deleted all zone groups and reassigned all HVAC systems as I originally defined unique names for the zone groups.
3. Looked at my .PD2 file for "ZnGrpWiz" errors.
Thank you,
Dan

Okay,

I ended up solving this issue with the following steps:
1. Deleted and reinstalled Equest

2. Reconfigured all my zones (as previously done) using the default zone group names, shell names, system names

3. Created a second shell for the second story.

So far things seem to be working.
