Baseline fan power-G3.1.2.4

Folks,

I?m modeling a typical office building which operates 5 days/40 hours per
week. In order to comply with G.3.1.2.4, I broken out the fan power from
system EER. it?s mandatory to cycle the fan during unoccupied hours
(night/weekends)? I?m not clear with G.3.1.2.4 interpretation. Any help
appreciated.
