Follow-up: I had to install Windows XP Mode/Virtual PC,
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/ , and install EE4 in that
environment. The install and Run as Administrator option doesn't want to
work on my 64-bit version of Windows 7. I thought Microsoft had fixed all
this?

We run EE4 through window virtural PC (XP mode) under Win7.

While it runs fine on 32bit versions of Windows 7, if you have 64bit
Windows 7 you are out of luck as far as I am aware.
