Editing eQUEST Library

Dear eQUEST-users,

Does anyone have a clue how to create walls having specific U-values and
layers and store them in the eQUEST library so whenever I want to use it in
a new/different projects, I can refer to them without recreating new one,
thus I can also select the required wall in the SD/DD wizard without
referring to the detailed data edit to create the wall/roof.

Thank you in advance & Best Regards

The easiest way I think is to put them in their own .inp file, then whenever you need them you can use the import file function to insert them into the project. I've done it before with 90.1 constructions and it seems to work pretty well.

you can also use eq_lib.dat file to create custom materials .

Further to Brendan's suggestion,

One can acquire all 90.1-2007 Baseline constructions in a single .inp shared with this mailing list (multiple times), leveraging the archives ;). Should serve as a good example to start your personal .inp collection!

Speaking of baseline libraries, is there a more complete set of all(most)
2.2[DOE] model assignments in a single .inp than this one posted by RMI :
