Hi Group,

I'm currently trying to model a Multifamily Residential Building in EE4

The suites are heated with hydronic radiant heat, have no cooling.
Corridors are pressurized with a central air handler.
There is no additional mechanical ventilation into the suites other than
there is a passive duct between outside and behind the fridge in each
suite to provide untreated makeup air for intermittent washroom exhaust
and range hood exhaust.
The hot water is purchased from the utility provider which serves the
neighbourhood with natural gas generated hot water.

I'm having difficulty determining an appropriate "work around" system
configuration in EE4 for the suites. Any insight would be much
appreciated.
