Dear All,
What baseline would you use for a laboratory that is 200,000 sq. feet and 4
stories? I think it should be Baseline 5, but with electric heat and
reduce outdoor air to 50% during unoccupied periods. Do you agree? Have
you submitted a similar project for LEED certification?
