DCV for DOAS+Fancoil

Dear e-questers,

I am new in e-quest and I need some help. I am modeling a typical system
consisting of several fancoils connected to a unique DOAS with DCV sensors
at the return duct. This unit supply outdoor air to all the fancoils located
into building spaces, and it also provides some cooling/heating air to a few
zones without any thermostat, just to temper them.

My questions are regarding to how this system is modeled in equest and if is
ther something wrong or missing in what is described in the following:

1) I?ve created a dummy zone and introduced all the AHU design flow and
the total outside air flow:

2) At the AHU unit I have set DCV return sensor as it is shown in the
next figure:

3) At the fancoil level, I?ve introduced Outside Air from system ? and,
thus,I linked it to the AHU.

4) Finally, at zone level I have introduced the Outside Air, by Flow
per person (cfm/pers) rate.

I am not sure if this is right modeled, and I?ve tried to check it with
hourly report blocks for the AHU (concretely ? *Hourly summed zone OA cfm
for DVC calculation?*) and it was not succesful.
