Hello,

Im also
having problems with the equest weather processor, converting weather file
ARG_Buenos.Aires.875760_IWEC.epw to *.bin (because of
the ?invalid floating point value?)

I would be
grateful for solution options. Regards,

Monica.-

Monica,
Follow exactly the steps provided in the readme.txt file in the
EPW/Processor sub-directory. It will work.
I was able to convert it to *.bin format (see attached) and run the
simulation. I did not come across any errors.

Best regards,

Hi Monica,

The problem is the floating point configuration on Windows.
In Latin American we use "."? (Example: 1.000.000) to separate the three digts and use the "," to separate the integer from the decimal part of a number (example: (12,33). In the USA they use "," and ".", respectively.
You should change the configuration of your format on? "Regional and Language Options"? from the current setting to ?nglish (United States). After that, the eQ_WthProc will work.

Best Regards,
