I have been noticing the machine gunning data back and forth and now just have time to respond.
I got that download in 2003 from a gentleman who is no longer at Climatemaster (Bing Wu ??). He are a few things I found in my archives, not sure if they can help you. I am unsure as to what they actually are.
I had to ZIP it, as it is an EXE file and my email would not allow me to send an .EXE file.
