I am trying to export an .inp file (my first query stated .ini file)from
Elite CHVAC to E-quest but when
I bring it in it shows how many errors, then refers me the the .bdl fil
which I do not know how to open then there is no data to be seen in the
equest file

You will have to open the .bdl file from internet explorer - cannot be
opened from eQuest.

I have never had any luck getting CHVAC to export into eQuest. I gave up on it the first time I tried it. The amount of errors, information needed to be filled in, etc. just are much more of a hassle than rebuilding the model in eQuest from scratch.
I'm curious to see how your input works in comparison to how mine worked out.
