Changing building height for a portion of the shell

I am modeling an elementary school with a gym at one end. Is there any
way to change the ceiling height for a portion of the shell or do I need
to create a separate shell for the gym.

I know I can increase the wall heights in detailed mode but would like
to do it using the DD wizard if possible.

If you are in the DD Wizard, you can do two shells. Otherwise, you can make one
shell in the DD Wizard and make the zones different in the Detailed Edit mode.
