I keep getting this message with one of my models:
When I error navigate, the message goes away, but it returns when I
reopen the file. Has anyone else come across this one? If yes, how do
you fix it?

Sometimes going to the bdl file helps to see what the exact error is and
fix it in the .inp file. Usually this is the way I fix things.

Looks to me like you defaulted the zone type to conditioned. You need
to go into the inp file and insert "Type = Conditioned" as the first
line for each zone under "HVAC Systems / Zones".
