Baseline equipment sizing

Dear all,

To size the equipment in baseline, I let the program to size and 25% heating oversized and 15% cooling oversized by entering the cool sizing ratio 1.15 and heat sizing ratio 1.25.

But I have got the following comment:

It is unclear whether the Baseline equipment capacities were based on sizing runs, and oversized by 25% for heating, and 15% for cooling in accordance with Section G3.1.2.2

Who can I prove that?

Thank you for your kindly help.

I would include print screens of the energy model where you have
specified the sizing ratio.

Or another option is a pdf of your input file section that defines the
sizing ratios.

The USGBC always look for a proof and it won't be as complicated as some
may think, the options you proposed folk will be okay. Incidentally, for
the proposed model do you also use a 1.15 and 1.25 to oversize the cooling
and heating equipments, I saw differernt designers do it differernt
way, and both views were approved by the USGBC at some instances, do you
folks apply the same ratios for the proposed building? thanks in advance

For proposed model I used the actual size base on my schedule.
Because I already got a comment to prove the consistency between the proposed model input and Mechanical schedule.
