My understanding is that each state has their own "add on" to 90.1 for their Code Compliance. So?I do see the eQuest sorcerors developing just a Rule Set for LEED.

Remember, we are talking about development resources (read: bodies) that are strtched very thin. Money is plentiful (as i understand), manpower is not.

Are you sure that there is more money than "bodies"?
I would be MORE than happy to help them spend a chunk of their excess
funds (which I assume still come from us taxpayers) and fix some of the
obvious weaknesses in the software.
