About the operation strategy of Ice Storage

Hello, dear Equest Users, I am doing a Ice Storage modelling for a office building. As you may know, the design of ice storage includes many approaches. For example, you can produce enough ice in the off-peak time and the ice is enough to serve the cooling load in the on-peak working time. However, this will lead to a very big capacity of the chiller and the ice storage tank. Generally, 30% the of on-peak cooling load uses the ice, 70% uses the chiller. Thus the chiller only need to store 30% of the total cooling load into ice. This is considered as the optimum design. But how can I achieve it in EQ model? Any suggestion will be helpful, Thank you!
