Maybe I should have started with an easier model, but for my first real
crack at e-Quest, I am modeling a 3 story religious worship building. My
floor to floor height is 12' and my floor to ceiling height is 10'. All
return air is ducted. But, that unconditioned space shows as plnm even
though I specified that return air is ducted. Will this cause an issue with
my HVAC loads or is this normal?

I think you're just running into the default naming convention for
spaces above your conditioned zones in the wizards. If you check I
think you'll find they're unconditioned.

As long as you specify each airside system as "ducted" or "direct"
return, you should be modeling the intended behavior =). Dakota Kelley
did a fine job of nailing this topic down recently that I won't try to
outdo, so I've copied his email (and the preceding thread) below for
your perusal - this may not yet be in the archives as it popped up last
week.

Additionally, I'll continue to strongly suggesting all new eQuest'ers
